Link - The hero garbed in green will forever be my first pick. You can slap him down at the bottom of a tier list, and I'll still stand by his side. Fortunately in SSBU, no one feels more comfortable for me to play as than my boy Link. He has a stigma of being a campy bait and wait character, but I really challenge myself to be one of the more aggressive Links other players may come across. Still working on reliably implementing those bomb trick recoveries!

Mewtwo -This 6'08" GMO kitty is one of the most aesthetically pleasing players. The floaty acrobatics, shadow-spell slinging, and effortlessly powerful movements look so good when you lock into his playstyle. He’s not my most reliable, but absolutely one of my favorite characters on the roster. The reach of his tail, strong throws, and supreme aerial game tend to be the tools I frequent when using him.

Banjo&Kazooie - I've wanted this character in Smash since Melee, and it makes me so happy to finally have the fur and feather duo! DLC characters can be controversial, but I enjoy these two too much, so I'll shamelessly egg-grenade and wonderwing away. I tend to play a style that eliminates my opponents' options, then follow up with an aggressive assault of attacks. These guys fit the bill perfectly for that play style. Gotta love the bear and the bird.

Wii Fit Trainer (male) - No I'm not a sexist, Female WFT and I had a toxic relationship playing Wii Fit when I was a mildly-obese 10 year old with body image issues. WFT promotes living a healthy lifestyle while berating his cartoon enemies with a volley ball. Learning to fine tune the aim of the ball has been one of the most enjoyable gaming experiences that ruins my closest friendships. Having attacks that cover both sides and deep breathing is just icing on the volleyball cake.

Pac-Man - Pac-Man's toolkit is bizarre and that's why I enjoy it. Cycling through his projectiles is like picking the right size screwdriver for a nail. Also being able to birth fire hydrants and sneaky trampolines gives Pac-Man that zesty twist that a man like me needs to feel unique.

Inkling - This is a nostalgic character for me. I have never played Splatoon, but being able to roleplay as the Nickelodeon Splat is a childhood dream come true. There is yellow for the times I think about Mustard. There is green for Green Ketchup. There is purple cause I like purple. Inkling is as aggressive as I play in SSBU.

Villager - Ganondorf may be the "Demon King" but Villager is the demon child. This little menace is a force to be reckoned with as it head bangs around the stage and shoots their sling shot. Let's not forget that they can also launch you to oblivion with those tree planting skills. Maybe we need Villager in the real world to stop deforestation... Jokes aside my chaotic energy in game fits perfect with Villager's move set.

Ridley - This infamous purple dragon is my OG main. Over B all day baby! Ridley's skill set is perfect for my chaotic energy. I love attacking non stop with lots of quick jabs straight to powerful moves. Ridley deals heavy blows and I love to make a show, making Ridley one my all time favorites.
